Cancellation Policy

To protect our business’s interests, orders may be canceled/refunded solely at our discretion. If an accidental charge occurs, we will try our best to issue a refund. Still, there is no guarantee when or if a refund will be issued.

Transactions made to Semersky Simple Custom Sewing LLC are FINAL. They do NOT come with ANY warranty unless otherwise stated. If you want a different contract before your purchase, you must call or email us. A separate contract will be created if possible, detailing updated conditions.

If an accidental purchase was made, you must contact us promptly within 24 hours.

We will do our best to try to resolve any concern our customers have that are reasonably possible.
